Wade Robson, Michael Jackson’s sexual assault accuser, is about to go to trial with the late singer’s company for abuse at Neverland Ranch when he was seven

Dance professional Wade Robson, who accused the late Michael Jackson of molesting him as a child, is about to face trial at the late singer’s company MJJ Productions, Inc.

TMZ reported Monday that the California Court of Appeal has approved a lawsuit that Robson brought against the late singer’s company over allegations of sexual assault — which Robson said took place from when he was seven to 14 at Jackson’s Neverland Ranch.

The legal team at MJJ Productions, Inc. said in previous proceedings that the company was not liable in the situation, as it was unable to bring the deceased pop star under control.

The Court of Appeal overturned a court’s dismissal of the case in April 2021 and issued a preliminary ruling that the case will be referred to trial.

In court documents, Robson said he moved from Australia to the US as a child, where he encountered Jackson, whom he befriended but eventually sexually assaulted him.
