Maisie Smith sizzles in a TINY black mini-dress on the set of her new movie The Bermondsey Tales

Maisie Smith looked fabulous when she was spotted on the set of her new gangster movie The Bermondsey Tales in South London.

The former EastEnders actress, 21, slipped into a form-fitting black mini dress for the funeral scenes, her first her first major film role since leaving the BBC soap in 2021.

Maisie’s plunging dress hugged every inch of her gorgeous figure and perfectly showcased her long muscular legs.

The actress’ costume also included an oversized leather biker jacket and sky-high platform shoes.

The stunner, who plays a “gangster family protagonist” in the film, completed the look with a pair of quirky flower earrings and carried her essentials in a leather handbag.

Maisie’s make-up consisted of a smokey eye and dark red lip and she styled her shiny auburn locks poker straight.

Also on set were co-stars Dapper Laughs and Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels actor Alan Ford.

A source told it The sun earlier this year, “It’s an exciting new venture for Maisie and she can’t wait to dip her toe into a big new project.”

She plays Chloe, a protagonist in a mobster family, and will star alongside Alan Ford from Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels and Kidulthood’s Adam Deacon.

“Since Strictly and EastEnders, she’s kept her eyes peeled for her next on-screen job, and the folks behind Bermondsey Tales thought Maisie was the perfect fit”.

Maisie starred in the BBC soap opera as Tiffany Baker from 2008 when she was just seven years old, before leaving last year and has since toured with Strictly and in Strictly Ballroom: The Musical.

It comes after her boyfriend Max George opened up about his impromptu ‘engagement’.

And in an upcoming clip from Thursday’s episode of Iain Stirling’s CelebAbility, obtained exclusively by MailOnline, Max recalled almost proposing.

The pop star admitted that he’s glad his proposal to actress Maisie wasn’t real as he revealed her true reaction off-camera.

Max confessed that while his girlfriend pretended to be excited and emotional at the sight of her partner getting down on one knee, in reality she was unimpressed.

Iain said, “Last time you were on a game show, you proposed to your girlfriend Maisie. Why did you do that? I thought it was real. Were you on The Chase?’

Max admitted: ‘Yes, that’s right… It was a whim. And it was a joke, so…”

Iain interrupted to say sarcastically, ‘You know what girlfriend likes? When their partner proposes to them as a joke.”

Max explained, “No, but it was like one of those things where Brad was [Bradly Walsh] said, “So when’s the big day?” and then everyone laughed.

“And I said, ‘Well, it’s funny you ask,'” and put my hand in my back pocket, like that, and Maisie went all giddy.

Off camera she shook her head like that [awkwardly]so I’m glad it wasn’t real,” the pop star admitted.

Iain joked about the incident, quipped: “It was like a meme online, pausing at that point and saying ‘this is when Max realized he messed up.’

It comes after Maisie insisted she ‘proved’ her relationship with Max isn’t for the cameras, as they move in together after a nine-month romance.

The actress and the Wanted star have come under scrutiny for their 13-year age difference, but Maisie has maintained that their relationship is forever.
