Princess Sofia of Sweden channels summer in a floral dress as she attends Stockholm music festival

Hit the right chord! Princess Sofia of Sweden exudes summer in a floral dress as she attends the Stockholm Music Festival

Princess Sofia of Sweden was the epitome of summer style in a floral dress as she attended a singing contest for disabled performers today.

The royal, 38, was effortlessly elegant in a £350 pink dress from byTiMo adorned with peach, red and purple hues when she appeared at Funkisfestivalen in Stockholm.

Her ruffled sleeve design and cinched bodice made for a perfectly romantic silhouette, which she accessorized with eye-catching jewelry, including gold earrings.

The mother-of-three styled her highlighted locks in loose waves and opted for a dewy makeup look that brought out her tan.

To boost her height, Sofia wore chunky beige pumps for the evening.

She couldn’t contain her glee as she posed with other attendees for the final of the competition – held today at Stockholm Waterfront.

Sofia was also present at the festivities last year, where she also presented the winning prize.

The Funkisfestivalen has taken place every year since 2011 and sees people perform on behalf of their local municipality in hopes of taking home a prize.

The aim of the festival is to support work in culture and leisure for people with intellectual and neuropsychiatric disabilities.

It’s because last month the princess joined her family at the Polar Music Prize.

Sofia looked radiant as she sparkled in a white dress with a pink and blue floral design along with her husband, Prince Carl Philip.

The mother of three paired her gorgeous dress with an off-white handbag and a bright bouquet, while sporting curly hair.

Prince Carl accentuated his wife’s glamor by wearing a smart black suit which he paired with a black bow tie.

Elsewhere, Princess Victoria of Sweden made sure all eyes were on her as she stepped out in a bright yellow dress for the music awards ceremony in Stockholm.

The heir to the Swedish throne, 45, was a vision in the neon, tiered, floor-length dress as she joined her parents, King Carl Gustaf and Queen Silvia — as well as her brother and his wife.

Victoria’s asymmetrical number paired perfectly with a pair of pointed-heeled black patent leather shoes and a mini black handbag.

She accessorized the look with a dazzling pair of sunflower earrings, a multicolored bracelet, and what looked like two silver charm bracelets.

For her make-up, she wore a neutral base with a minimal smokey eye and a pink lip, while her hair was pulled back sharply in a bun.

The princess was also depicted with a bright bouquet filled with fuchsia and yellow petals.

The Polar Music Prize is Sweden’s largest music prize and is typically shared between a pop artist and a classical musician. It was founded in 1989 by the late Stig Anderson, manager of the Swedish pop group ABBA.
