Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann ‘hate each other’ and only communicate through their lawyers

There seems to be no chance of reconciliation between The Real Housewives of Atlanta guest star Kim Zolciak and her estranged second husband Kroy Biermann, who filed for divorce from each other last month after 11 years of marriage.

‘They hate each other. It’s very controversial,” a source told TMZ on Father’s Day.

The Florida-born 45-year-old and Montana-born 37-year-old – who owe the IRS $1.1 million – have reportedly “stopped all direct communication” and “only speak through their lawyers,” despite still the same $880,000 share Alpharetta, GA five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion.

Kim (née Kimberleigh) has accused Kroy of emotional abuse and smoking marijuana near their children, as well as accusing her of insulting him in front of their children and having an online gambling addiction.

The Bravo lebrities — who have both taken proper parenting classes — are both seeking primary physical custody of their four minor children: son Kroy Jagger, 12; son Kash Kade, 10; and twins Kaia Rose & Kane Ren, 9.

But Zolciak asks for spousal support and wants to share custody of the children, while Biermann asks for custody of the children.

In 2013, the former soccer player adopted the former nursing student’s two adult daughters: Brielle Karenna, 26; and Ariana Lenee, 21 – with ex-boyfriend John MacDougald and ex-husband Daniel Toce.

Since there are no cheating allegations, Kim and Kroy’s marital problems seemed to have stemmed from the cancellation of their Bravo reality TV spin-off, Don’t Be Tardy, in 2020 after eight seasons.

In 2021, Zolciak revealed via Instastory that Biermann worked as a manager for the entire family, her since-closed bikini brand Salty K Swimwear, and she claimed he made $20 million during his NFL career, which ended when he was cut from the Buffalo Bills in 2016.

The ex-couple originally met in 2010 at a Dancing Stars Of Atlanta event to raise money for Alzheimer’s.

Kim — who retired from performing full-time on The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2018 — is currently guest starring on its 15th season, which airs every Sunday on Bravo.

Zolciak is also involved in running her businesses Kashmere Kollections and KAB Cosmetics (with her eldest daughters) and also serves as a brand ambassador for Modere.
