How to look like Victoria Beckham (but be prepared for pain and hunger!)

On Thursday, Victoria Beckham revealed the painful £700 skincare regimen she undergoes to keep her skin looking fresh and ageless.

The fashion magnate, 49, undergoes Morpheus8 every six months, known as the world’s most painful, non-invasive cosmetic procedure, which involves sticking 24 needles into your face, but “Victoria swears by it if she keeps her skin youthful.”

After releasing the latest details of her beauty regimen, we take a look at what Victoria has revealed about her beauty routine, exercises and diet in the past – we got a glimpse of the hard graft of being Mrs. Victoria Beckham.

Victoria – known for her slim build – has made headlines for her diet on a number of occasions, including last year when husband David admitted she “only eats grilled fish and vegetables,” while boyfriend Rio Ferdinand stated he’s “never seen her to eat’.

Aside from dieting, she revealed in 2011 that she starts the day by splashing her face with ice water before starting her skincare routine, while also confirming to fans that she had switched from a cardio-heavy workout routine to strength training.

When Victoriaa’s fondness for Morpheus8 was revealed, it was confirmed that if Posh fans want to follow suit, they’ll have to pay a whopping £700 a go.

A source told The Sun: ‘Victoria loves her beauty treatments and is willing to try new techniques to keep her skin looking so good.

“She gets one Morpheus8 treatment every six months. It’s not for the faint hearted and she has a numbing numbing cream applied to her skin 90 minutes before her treatment, with 24 4mm needles inserted into her face.

“Then a radio frequency is emitted through the needles that travels to the tissue under her skin. It’s painful, but Victoria swears by it because she makes her skin look so good.’

After the procedure, Victoria and other users should allow at least two days to recover and for the bruises to disappear.

Aside from the painful procedure, Victoria spoke to Glamor about her regimen in 2011, she said of her morning routine, “In the morning, I start by splashing some cold water on my face to reverse puffiness or dullness (or a glass of tequila). . from last night…

“I learned this little tip from Melanie Grant, my favorite facialist. She taught me to dip my face in ice water, but most mornings I just use ice cold water from the tap.”

She then revealed her less-is-more approach to skincare.

Victoria continued, “Less, better products are the way to go. I don’t have the time or patience to mess around with 10 different products at once. Over the years I’ve really learned which ingredients work for my skin…

‘I like to use very powerful formulas that have many benefits and contain important active ingredients such as niacinamide, hyaluronic acid and Professor Augustinus Bader’s TFC8 technology. That’s why our Power Serum is my holy grail for both day and night…

“It contains all of these key ingredients plus vitamin E and olive fruit extract, which help protect against free radicals and blue light damage — so important for how much time I spend in front of the screen.”

EXCERCISE

Victoria shares snippets of her workout regimen on Instagram and wowed fans last year when she shared an overhead squat with an Olympic bar in a snap.

In a caption, she wrote, “I track my workout session which I vary from day to day to focus on different parts of the body. Today I’m focusing on my upper body strength, with a combination of resistance band exercises.”

Earlier this year, she also did triceps dips. She wrote, “I’m in my strength training phase! Before and after each session it is essential to mobilize and stretch. Recovery is just as important as the work itself!’

She previously told Glamour, “I’ve always been a little scared of weights, but it turns out I love it. I even have those special gloves to wear! It’s good to mix things up and let your body guess. I now have so much more muscle tension.’

On body image, Victoria continued, “It’s not about being a certain size. It’s about knowing who you are and being happy with who you are…

‘I’ve found my own balance between wanting to have fun and being disciplined in eating healthy and exercising…

“When you’re younger you fight that balance, but being older has gotten me to a point where I know what that balance looks like. I just know what works for me.’

EATING PATTERN

Last year, Victoria gave an insight into her “extreme” diet after David made the grilled fish and veggie reveal about the slim star.

Within Victoria’s Diet

  • During the Euro 2004 tournament, she only ate strawberries and water
  • Victoria revealed that in 2009 she followed a diet of berries and sashimi
  • David said she ‘only eats grilled fish and steamed vegetables’
  • The owner of the football club revealed that Victoria has been eating the same thing for 25 years
  • VB revealed that her “comfort food” is whole wheat toast with salt
  • She starts the day with two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

The designer was furious with the footballer for making her tastes sound “boring”, in an interview with Vogue Australia, explaining that she fills her diet with “healthy fat” and undergoes regular detoxes where she abstains from drinking alcohol .

Victoria’s comments came after a TV chef revealed the star’s “convoluted” dinner wishes when she and David attended Sergio Ramos’ wedding in 2019, where she constantly asked for “bowls of mints and coconut water.”

David offered insight into Victoria’s eating habits as he discussed his own favorite foods during an interview on the River Che Table 4 podcast.

He said: ‘I get quite emotional with food and wine, when I eat something amazing I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately I am married to someone who has been eating the same thing for 25 years.

‘Since I’ve known her she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables, she will rarely deviate from that.’

Echoing David’s comments, Victoria told Vogue, “I mean talk about it to make me sound boring!” No. What he meant is that he’s never met anyone more disciplined with the way they eat.

‘I eat a lot of healthy fat: fish, avocado, nuts, things like that. I do drink alcohol unless I have a reason not to.

“I will detox from anything I won’t be drinking for three to six months. I’m pretty extreme in everything I do, whether it’s eating or exercising, drinking or not drinking.’
