Aussie singer Tones and I and her husband have been hit with multiple charges related to one of their properties.

Mr Beford appeared at Frankston Magistrates Court on Thursday but the Dance Monkey singer was absent despite being expected to attend.
The couple is accused of failing to obtain permits to demolish an interior wall and build a patio and porch, as well as failing to comply with building orders.

The property in question was purchased by the Johnny Run Away company, named after the debut single by Tones and I, which is wholly owned by Mrs. Watson.
The charges span two years and the most recent charge was laid in December.
In court, their lawyer Sam Bird stated that Mr Beford and company intended to plead guilty, but insinuated that he expected the charges against Ms Watson to be dropped, The Herald Sun reports.
The case will return to court at a later date.
Records show that the property was purchased for $720,000 in late 2020 by Johnny Run Away, of which Ms. Watson is the sole owner.
The site includes a three bedroom house and a one bedroom bungalow.
