A high-profile Melbourne fashion designer has listed her luxurious million-dollar “palace.”
Michelle Aznavorian, owner of multimillion-dollar fashion label Mischa, is selling her luxurious French-inspired home in Melbourne’s east.
The Glen Waverly home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a large living room and adjoining stylish kitchen.
It has been listed by Harcourt’s Judd White Agent Julie Wells with a list price of $1.8 – $1.9 million.
The house will be auctioned on July 15 under the direction of Dexter Prack, the agency’s CEO.

“From the moment I bought the house, I had a plan to sell it after seven years, and I will do the same after every home I buy,” she said.
Michelle added that she, her husband and her children will always have “unforgettable memories” at the Glen Waverly home.
“The endless summer days by the pool and the summer evening parties in the garden were magical,” she said.
‘We have unforgettable memories when we sit on the balcony after work and enjoy our beautiful garden and the view.’
