The moment when a Twitch streamer’s car was set on fire by a viewer who had traveled 700 miles and set it on fire outside her home has been shared on social media.
Kylee Carter, known on the streaming platform as justfoxii, first shared footage of her car during and after the fire on Twitter.
Carter opened up in a YouTube video, sharing more details about the incident, which she says happened while she was on vacation.
Carter said, “I was asleep, it was about two in the morning and my mom called me.
“She was crying and I knew something bad had happened.

“She said, ‘Someone set your car on fire. I’m really sorry, I have to go, the police are here.’
“And she was in the house while all this was happening.”
Accompanying the photos, Carter wrote on Twitter: “A twitch viewer came to my house and set my car on fire…”
In the video of the incident, the man places a bucket on top of a block on the car.
After lighting it, the hood of the car can be seen in a rage.
The footage then switches from black and white to color, with the front wheels flames and sirens in the background.

Carter reviewed the security cameras she’s set up around her home.
She continued, “I saw my car go up in flames. That’s the first thing I saw.
“I just couldn’t believe I saw my car – which I worked so hard for – burn.
“And if someone takes that away from me, it’s very hurtful. I’ll never be able to understand that.’
Carter believes the distance the perpetrator has traveled makes the situation “so much worse.”
Reflecting on the efforts to save her car, she said, “The firefighters arrived very quickly and I am very grateful for that, because the fire spread to the fence and burned down the side of my house.
“Where my mother and animals were in.
“We’ve all been traumatized in ways I’ll never be able to describe.
“But I’m just glad everyone’s safe. That’s the most important thing to me.’
The dramatic incident has also made Carter rethink her streaming fame.
Carter said, “I never thought when I started streaming in 2015 that something like this would ever happen to me.
“I hope to be grinding again soon.
“I’ve always loved streaming so much, but it’s so hard to even be motivated when all this is happening.”
Due to the current circumstances, Carter also said she can’t give a specific date for when she plans to return to streaming.
