The Sydney PR guru’s marriage has been under scrutiny for weeks after it was revealed she sold her family home in Sydney’s Vaucluse and shut down some of her businesses after Oliver moved to the South East Asian country for a job.
Roxy, 43, has since confirmed that she and Oliver have not broken up and that she has decided to move to Singapore as well, but last week she finally admitted that a divorce was really on the line.
Speak against The Kyle and Jackie O Show, the mother-of-two revealed she had argued with her 37-year-old husband over his decision to leave, noting that for years he had split his time between Sydney and Tasmania for his previous job.
‘I actually said to Ollie: ‘look, you go to Singapore and I stay here’. And he’s like, “well, I don’t know if that will work”. And I was like, ‘well, it’s worked for the last five years,'” she said.

Roxy remembered how he told her that his job and personal finances required him to live in Singapore.
“I was like, ‘Okay, then what’s my option?’ He says, “oh, we have to get a divorce.”‘
Surprisingly, Roxy said she was perfectly happy with her marriage ending then and there.
‘I’m good at that. So just give me the paperwork, I’ll sign the paperwork and we can get a divorce. You do your job there and I stay here. And we will visit,’ she said.

However, Roxy ultimately decided not to end the marriage and agreed to move the entire family to Singapore for the sake of her daughter Pixie, 11, and Hunter, eight.
‘It’s time. They need a father, and since he’s never here… he’s coming [back home to Sydney] about two days at a time,” she explained.
She also blamed her long-distance relationship with Oliver as the reason why she constantly spoils her children with lavish gifts, claiming that she had trouble telling her children “no” when he was not around.
Roxy later joked that Oliver “probably has a woman in every port,” adding, “Well, whatever, it’s 2023.”
