Chris Pratt encourages people to ‘rush’ to have children to get more time together
Chris Pratt has advised people to “hasty” have kids to give you more time together.
The Hollywood actor, 43, has three children – son Jack, 10, with his ex-wife Anna Faris and daughters Lyla Maria, two, and Eloise Christina, one with current wife Katherine Schwarzenegger.
In a new interview, he recommended that people “don’t wait” to have kids and that it was “unbelievable” to have them.
Speak against Men Journal, he said, “People say all the time, ‘Don’t rush to have kids.’ I personally disagree. Hast. They have. Make sure you find a nice partner, of course, but don’t wait.’
He explained, “I was talking to Adam Sandler a while ago and he said, ‘Every day you wait is a day they don’t get you in their life.’ The younger you have children, the more time they have with you.

‘It’s wild. Having children is incredible. The things you usually take for granted in life are new. As they get older, it’s more about connecting with them as individuals and what makes them unique. The softness of their hearts. How their mind works. How they are the same as you. How different they are.’
Chris added that becoming a father had influenced his career as it affected the choice of roles he goes for.
He said, “In the same way that being a father changes the kind of actor you are, it can certainly change the kind of roles you want to be involved in.”
“I found myself wanting to do more PG movies. I see a lot because my kids want to watch it, and to be honest, some of it sucks. And I sit there thinking, This is terrible.
“So in addition to wanting to make movies that would entertain my kids, I’m also thinking about making movies that would be merciful to the parents.”
Chris’ comments come after he celebrated his fourth wedding anniversary with Katherine last week.
He took to his Instagram on Thursday to celebrate the occasion, sharing a photo of the beloved couple spending some alone time together at San Ysidro Ranch in Montecito, California, where they got married.
The Marvel star wrote: “Happy Birthday!! Mom and Dad away for the first time in three years. Back to the place where we said “I do!” I love you honey!’

The author, who has written three self-help books on topics such as finding direction after college, forgiveness and dog adoption for kids, looked stylish in a golden brown top under a black jacket with a diamond necklace.
The former governor of California has been very close to his beloved daughter’s husband since their romance began in 2018.
“I get along really well with him,” Arnold told Jimmy Kimmel in 2019.
Aside from being both action stars, the Hollywood heavyweights instantly bonded over their shared love of fitness and spent time together at the gym.
The Terminator icon went on to say he was “blown away” when his daughter told him she was in a relationship with the Jurassic World hero.
In a touching moment, Arnold spoke to Kimmel about how grateful he was that Chris was such a kind and loving partner to his daughter.
“I’m really happy he’s such a great guy,” said the superstar. “Not just a very talented man and a great actor and a great star and all that stuff, but a very nice man and kind to my daughter, which is the most important thing to me.”
The 75-year-old action star praised his son-in-law Chris after watching his new movie Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3.
