Jennifer Coolidge arrives at restaurant amid rumours next White Lotus could be filmed in Australia

Jennifer Coolidge arrived in style at a top Sydney restaurant on Sunday night.

The White Lotus star, 61, is currently in Sydney with show creator Mike White for Vivid Sydney, where they both had a sit-down talk on Saturday night.

Jennifer now enjoys the glorious experiences the city has to offer, including dining at Chef Matt Moran’s Aria restaurant.

The actress arrived to the dockside restaurant with a NSW Police motorcycle escort and happily posed with the police officers before entering the establishment.

She looked incredibly stylish wearing a $3,300 Ulla Johnson “Umbra” coat with a bold geometric pattern that resembled an animal print.

Jennifer’s blonde locks were styled in a loose curl as her bangs fell down and shaped her face.

The TV and movie icon paired her look with a pair of black stilettos and a black handbag, while her make-up was natural and had a nude lip.

It comes after Mike teased plans for a possible Australian edition of the hit series at a press conference at Sydney‘s Vivid Festival this week.

“My dream would be to reach every continent, so yes, this is basically its own continent,” he said.

“If we want to continue, we should actually come to Australia. It would be so much fun. ‘

He added: ‘There is clearly a huge wealth of talent here and the beauty is undeniable so it feels like it ticks all the boxes’.

Mike went on to explain that if the series decided to film a season one prequel, beloved Australian actor Murray Bartlett, who played hotel manager Armond, could return to the show.

“I definitely think that’s possible, we just talked about that,” he said, adding that Jennifer, who was killed off in season two, could be back for a prequel as well.

‘It’s a funny idea. And making Jennifer, you know, 20 years younger, that would be nice too. We can get Murray Bartlett back,’ Mike said.

While a fourth season could reach Australia, after seasons in Hawaii and Italy, The White Lotus will reportedly play its third season in Thailand.

White, the creator and sole writer and director of the hit HBO series, has been exploring the Southeast Asian nation for the past few weeks, multiple sources said. Variety.

Jackass star Johnny Knoxville – a friend of White – previously sparked speculation that the show could be set in Tokyo after saying the two spent some time in the metropolis, though it appears White’s real focus is elsewhere in Asia lay.

White had previously teased that the season would be set in Asia, and he dropped Japan, though it’s unclear if his focus shifted or if Thailand had long been the target location.

HBO has declined to comment on the location.

So far, no details about the third season’s cast have been announced, although it will likely feature a largely new roster of stars.

However, the second season featured recurring characters played by Jon Gries and Jennifer Coolidge.

The previous two seasons were set in fictional White Lotus hotels, but they were shot on the grounds of Four Seasons hotels in Hawaii and Sicily.

Variety noted that the luxury hotel chain has four locations across Thailand: Bangkok, Chiang Mai, Koh Samui and the Golden Triangle.

The outlet noted that the various locations are in the city, in the countryside, in the lush jungle and in a beautiful beach location, giving White plenty of options to land his next season.

White telegraphed an Asian location by hinting that the next season would be about “death and eastern religion and spirituality” during a post-episode interview on HBO Max.

“The first season was kind of a focus on money, and the second season is sex,” he explained.

“I think maybe the third season would be a satirical and funny take on death and eastern religion and spirituality. It feels like it could be a rich tapestry to do another round at White Lotus,” he said.
