Red Bull STOPS popular taste – fans label ‘the worst business move in the company’s existence’ as cans sold online for $45

  • The sugar-free Crisp Pear edition of the drink is no longer available for purchase
  • Single cans of the popular energy drink sell for as much as $45 on eBay
  • The drink was introduced alongside a peach flavor for Valentine’s Day in 2019

Red Bull fans are in an uproar as they claim the company has discontinued their favorite flavor of the energy drink.

The popular drink comes in a variety of flavors and limited editions, including tropical fruit, watermelon, and coconut.

But people are confused that the Crisp Pear edition of the drink seems to no longer be available in stores.

The flavor, which comes in a dark green can, is sugar-free and was introduced in 2019 along with a peach drink to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

Fans are taking to social media to lament the loss of the beloved drink — with cans selling for as much as $45 on eBay.

“Red bull needs to bring back the pear flavor, still not over it being discontinued,” one person wrote on Twitter.

“I stopped drinking Red Bull when they discontinued the limited edition pear flavored sugar free version,” said another.

One user wrote: ‘Red Bull’s discontinuation of the sugar-free pear flavor was their worst business move in the company’s existence.’

The drink has surfaced on selling site eBay, with prices ranging from $15 to a whopping $45 for a single can.

Red Bull has not officially confirmed that the product is no longer available. DailyMail.com has reached out to the company for comment.

The tough energy drink isn’t the only company accused of discontinuing products.

It comes as Walmart customers claim another popular soft drink — Mountain Dew Zero Sugar Frost Bite drink — has mysteriously disappeared from shelves across the country.
