Torbay airshow audience shocked to spot ‘1,000mph’ UFO in middle of Red Arrows flying formation
Is this when an alien photographed the Red Arrows? Airshow audiences are shocked to see ‘1000 mph’ UFO in the middle of flying formation of top pilots
- Spectators at Torbay Airshow see UFO reportedly traveling at ‘1000 mph’ through Red Arrows formation
- UFO researcher John Mooner believes the black object was caused by ‘non-human intelligence’
A UFO labeled by some onlookers as an “alien vehicle” has been photographed by a photobomb from a Red Arrow display in breathtaking new photos.
John Mooner, a UFO researcher who took the photos at the Torbay Airshow in Paignton last weekend, claimed a black object flying at ‘1,000 mph’ through the pilots’ formation was the work of ‘non-human intelligence’ .
Mr Mooner, from Newton Abbott, said he went to the air show to see if he could capture “anomalous objects” in the vicinity of the aircraft.
He said, “I had been capturing them all week near several planes over my hometown.
‘I was very happy to be at the airshow and see all the planes.
“Then I saw them with my own eyes as they made several passes past the Red Arrows.
‘Because they made several passes, I was able to capture them in several photos each time.’

The UFO was estimated by onlookers to be traveling at 1,000 mph
Another onlooker, Emma Smith, said she saw the UFO in her photos taken near Paignton Pier
John’s photos show the famous Red Arrows flying in formation – but there’s something else in between: a small black object.
At one point, Mr. Mooner had set his camera to burst, revealing the object’s movement over four successive shots.
The UFO supporter estimates that the object was moving at more than 1,000 mph.
He had no doubts about the nature of what he saw.
“It’s a non-human piloted probe,” he said.
“UFO sightings are caused by a non-human intelligence, not of this Earth.”
And John wasn’t the only one to spot the unidentified presence in the sky.
Another onlooker, Emma Smith, told her local newspaper that she saw it in her photos.
She said: ‘I was flipping through my Red Arrows photos which I took near Paignton Pier on Saturday around 5.45pm and I saw a black speck quite close to the plane.
“I zoomed in and couldn’t quite believe what I saw.
“It was shaped like a spinning top and was definitely not part of my lens. I only have an iPhone, but the zoom capability is decent.
“I just hate that my ‘live’ photos are turned off so I can’t see any movement of the object. I took a number of photos in a burst, but the object only appeared in one.
“I honestly don’t believe in all this UFO stuff, but this is hard to explain.”
The RAF has been contacted for comment.
