Is the fairytale over for Dick and Angel Strawbridge?
The couple, whose Escape To The Chateau series was dropped by Channel 4 after reports of clashes, have filed to end their chateau business.
Chateau-de-la-Motte Husson Limited was incorporated in 2017 but has applied for a ‘voluntary delisting’ from the Register of Companies House.
The application was signed on May 9 by directors Dick, 63, and Angel, 45, real name Angela.
The first notice of termination was given on 23 May and the company will be dissolved within two months of that date.

All events at the castle – such as ‘garden days’ and ‘guided tours under the stars’ are marked as unavailable.
The site, which was previously rented out for weddings at £38,000 a time, is now also unavailable for weddings.
The couple said in an interview last November that they “wanted to go out on a high” and felt that finishing filming the shows, which ran from 2016 to last December, was good for their family.
This followed reports of “aggressive and abusive” behavior by the couple towards the crew reported by The Times in 2021.
However, Angel told The Daily Telegraph that their entire team would say Dick was “completely chivalrous.” In May, Channel 4 announced they were severing ties with the pair for good following a “review”.
In a statement posted to Instagram last month, the couple wrote, “It was a decision made by Strawbridge Family early last year to complete Escape To The Chateau.”
A source close to the couple said their “company structure is reviewed from time to time and rationalized as necessary to reflect underlying business.”
