Woman who ‘seduced teenage girl into sex’ used same trick on blonde McDonald’s employee, court hears

A woman accused of tricking a teenage girl into having sex by posing as a boy named “George” used the same deceit on a female McDonald’s employee, a court heard today.

Nikita Hughes, 22, was friends with whom she believed was a young man known as “Brummie George” via Snapchat, she told a jury.

After exchanging multiple messages, “George” picked her up from work and took her for a ride, wearing a tracksuit and keeping his hood up the entire time, she said.

But Miss Hughes claims she got no more than a ‘glimpse’ of ‘his’ face before ‘George’ pushed her away with his arm.

When asked if she believed he was male or female at the time, she replied, “Man.”

Weeks later, Miss Hughes was approached ‘out of the blue’ by a teenage girl dating ‘George’ who wanted to know more about ‘him’.

Georgia Bilham, 21, is on trial and accused of tricking the teen into believing she was ‘George’ to trick her into having sex.

Making the nearsighted teen “essentially blind” by taking off her glasses, Bilham hid her long, blond hair under her hood at all times, the jurors have been told.

The girl only found out the truth after her mother became suspicious and, as a result, started researching “his” real identity on social media, the process has learned.

Bilham, from Alpraham, Cheshire, is charged with nine counts of assault and eight counts of penetrative assault, all of which she denies.

Miss Hughes gave evidence today at Chester Crown Court and said she was approached by someone called ‘Brummie George’ when she was about 16 years old.

She said ‘George’ had told her that his mother had died, that he was close to his ‘nan’ and had two dogs. The two reported ‘a lot’.

In May 2021, she said ‘George’ had arranged to pick her up from the McDonald’s where she worked in Abergele, North Wales – the first and only time they met.

They picked her up in “his” car – which she thought was a Ford – and drove to the Great Orme beauty spot near Llandudno, she said.

“He had his hood on all the time,” she said.

“How much of his face could you see?” asked Anna Pope, continuing.

“None,” Miss Hughes replied.

“At one point I caught a glimpse, but then my face was pushed away.”

She confirmed that ‘George’ had used his arm to push her away.

“Did you understand that ‘George’ is male or female?” asked Mrs. Pope.

“Dude,” she replied.

Miss Hughes said she never heard from ‘George’ again.

Jurors heard her say in her testimony that the way “George” behaved was “strange,” so she decided she “didn’t want to see him again.”

In July of that year, she was approached by the teenage girl who is Bilham’s accuser in this trial.

She wanted to know more about ‘George’.

Miss Hughes replied that they had been ‘buddies for years’ but that she had ‘only met him once’.

The following month, jurors were told that the pair exchanged further messages about the teen’s discovery that “George” was really Georgia Bilham.

Bilham allegedly set up a fake Snapchat profile under the name ‘George Parry’ and messaged the alleged victim online when she was still at school.

In 2021, they proceeded to meet for sexual activity in “George’s” car, with Bilham removing the extremely nearsighted girl’s glasses, leaving her “essentially blind,” the court heard.

“George” told her he was too scared to take off his top or even pull down the hood because he worked for an Albanian criminal gang.

The process continues.
