Despite the stadium being packed with West Ham fans, there was outrage on social media, with Hammers fans seeing empty seats in Prague.
One user posted a video showing the empty seats as he said: “With the tens of thousands of West Ham fans desperate to get a ticket to this match, the number of empty seats on the Fiorentina side is outrageous.”
Another West Ham supporter posted: “The number of empty seats at the neutral ends is sickening.”

Hundreds of West Ham faithful traveled to Prague ticketless to support their side as they were unable to secure a seat in the stadium due to high demand.
But with several empty seats, UEFA and Fiorentina supporters were heavily criticized by the Irons supporters on social media.
Supporter Lucas asked: ‘Why the hell are there empty seats?’ prior to the kick-off for the huge clash.
Another Iron fan shared the sentiment, questioning UEFA for the location.
He wrote: ‘How can a stadium used for a European final have a capacity of less than 20,000 and still have so many empty seats?’
Despite many fans being unable to get tickets to the final, West Ham supporters around the world will be celebrating tonight for years to come.
