Regé-Jean Page channelled his inner James Bond as he arrived at the premiere of White Noise at the Opening Gala of the Venice Film Festival on Wednesday.
The actor, 34, put on a dapper display in a black tuxedo to walk the red carpet at the historic Palazzo del Cinema on the Lungomare Marconi.
Looking as suave as ever, Regé-Jean’s appearance comes after bookmakers William Hill placed him amongst the favourites to play the next 007 with odds of 4/1.

The Bridgerton star’s satin jacket featured a texture embossed print and a singular button, underneath he layered a crisp white shirt.
He completed his look with a dickie bow and a pair of patent brogues, opting to accessorise with a leather watch.
Regé-Jean admitted last year that he’s ‘flattered’ to be included among a host of British stars tipped for the iconic role.

He told The Mirror: ‘Ah, the B word. I think that if you are British and you do anything of note, that other people take notice of, then people will start talking about that.’
However despite being the bookies favourite, the Bridgerton star said he was bemused by the idea of making any plans at ‘this moment in history’ and has ‘given up’ doing so.
He also admitted that he can be a bit of a ‘racehorse’, often signing onto a project and focusing completely on it with the ‘blinders on’.

The 79th annual Venice International Film Festival got underway in the historic Italian city on Wednesday with White Noise serving as a curtain-raiser at the event.
White Noise is an adaptation of the bestselling 1985 novel by American novelist Don DeLillo, and is showing in Venice before moving on to the New York Film Festival in September.
The film sees Adam starring alongside Greta Gerwig, Don Cheadle and Jodie, in director Noah Baumbach’s screen adaptation of DeLillo’s critically acclaimed postmodernist novel about an ‘Airborne Toxic Event’ and its impact on a small American town.
Attracting the biggest stars Venice Film Festival is held annually on the island of the Lido in the Venice Lagoon. With movie screenings taking place in the historic Palazzo del Cinema on the Lungomare Marconi.
