The singer previously shared footage from her picturesque bachelorette party on the Caribbean island, in which she was seen sipping mimosas and soaking up the sun on the beach.
They also wore face masks with Gray’s face on them and matching silk pajamas in another clip, while Pinnock also drove a car with an elaborate orange flower and a feathered headpiece reading “Bride to be.”
She wrote on Instagram with her clip: ‘We made a fricken movie, the hen of dreams.
“I love these women more than humanly possible and s**t, I’m going to marry you (sic)”
Bandmate Thirlwall responded to the post: “Still recovering. The most beautiful hen.’
It was revealed a year ago that the couple planned to get married in Jamaica as they consider the island their “second home”.
A source told The Sun: ‘Leigh-Anne and Andre have been planning their special day for months and this week they will finally tie the knot.
“They chose to marry in Jamaica because of their family ties to the island, which they consider their second home.
“The ceremony will be very quiet and romantic. It won’t have the features of the big celebrity weddings you see.
“Leigh-Anne and Andre just want their closest network to be there to watch them say their vows.”
The couple’s wedding has been postponed several times due to Covid, the FIFA World Cup and her pregnancy.
It was previously reported that the couple plans to wed in Jamaica, with her Little Mix bandmates Jade and Perrie Edwards in attendance.
It comes after Pinnock made headlines last week when she shared an anti-establishment post ahead of King Charles’ coronation.
She took to her Instagram story to post the message that exposed some of the feelings shared by a minority of the population about the celebrations amid the UK’s cost of living crisis.
The message, originally posted by Munroe Bergdorf, read: ‘Dear rest of the world. Don’t be fooled by any propaganda you see coming out of the UK this weekend. The mood here is not cheering, but sour.
‘England is a fascist nightmare, where there are more food banks than McDonald’s.
The message continued, “We don’t want pomp, we want affordable food, rent and bills.
“The timing of this coronation, with all its gold and bejeweled opulence, could not be more distasteful and sickening.
“It is unjustifiable and it is undesirable. If we ask God to save someone, it should be the 14.4 million people living in poverty, not the king.”
