Vintage footage of football legend Wayne Carey has resurfaced and some fans say he predicted his own future.
Thirty-three years ago, when the AFL legend was 18 years old, he appeared on a dating show called Perfect Match.
The show’s “blind date” format saw a young woman ask three different men different questions, then ask her favorite questions based on his answers.
A young Carey was “gentleman number two” on the show and was asked by a blonde beauty, “If I saw your picture on the front page of a newspaper, what would the headline be?”
The young North Melbourne player tried to joke and replied: ‘Probably found guilty of all charges.’
