TV explorer Levison Wood, 41, is no stranger to pushing his body to the limit, but he liked to take it easy as he enjoyed a walk around North London with a mysterious blonde companion.
The former army officer, who declined to comment when we sought the name of his new friend, seemed content to take her sightseeing on Hampstead Heath.
Perhaps he regaled her with tales of hostage-taking in South Sudan, or possibly his death from malaria and dengue.
