The Crowded Room was created by Akiva Goldsman, 60, and inspired by Daniel Keyes’ 1981 non-fiction novel The Minds of Billy Milligan.
The series follows Danny Sullivan after he was arrested for his involvement in a New York City shooting in 1979.
The Crowded Room premieres on Apple TV+ on June 9 with three episodes.
The next seven episodes will be released weekly and the series will end on July 28.
Akiva wrote the first four episodes and co-wrote the remaining six episodes.
Levon also has a starring role in the upcoming western movie The Thicket directed by Elliott Lester.
The Thicket is a film adaptation of Joe R. Lansdale’s 2013 novel of the same name and also stars Peter Dinklage, Juliette Lewis, and Esmé Creed-Miles.
Filming concluded in March and Tubi Films has acquired distribution rights in the United States and Canada.
