Pervert tries to abduct a toddler at busy Australian park

A frenzied mother has managed to free her little girl from the clutches of a complete stranger during a terrifying kidnapping attempt at a popular playground.
The 30-year-old woman watched her 18-month-old daughter play on an in-ground trampoline at Centenary Park in Yinnar in the Gippsland region of Victoria, southeast of Melbourne, on May 5 at around 1:45 pm.
Police were told an unidentified man approached the toddler, picked her up and began to walk away.
The shocked mother chased after the man and managed to snatch the toddler from his grasp.
Detectives believe this man could help with their investigation into an attempted kidnapping
The toddler suffered minor injuries, including scratches to her arms and foot.
It is believed the man fled the scene and was last seen running to the public toilets in the park.
The woman packed up her child and walked back to her car where she called triple-0.
Detectives have released a photo of a man they believe may help with their investigation.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 6 feet 8 inches (182 cm) tall, of slim build, and believed to be in his thirties.
He was wearing a gray hoodie and blue work pants.
