The Jochisiu Shrine can be found within the West Necluda region, just west of the Dueling peaks. The exact coordinates are (0931, -1902, 0030).

The Quest for the shrine ‘Keys born of water’ unlocking the Jochisiu Shrine tests Link’s elementary thinking and requires a bit of timed Ultra convenient work.

1. Find the stone temple on the road next to it Quarrel River and walk up the stairs. Find the Steward Construct to the left of the three stone slabs with diamond holes and talk to it to start the side quest.

3. Once at the river (the shallow cove next to the fallen Zonai arch is a good spot), sit down and activate the Frost Transmitter. 8. Enter the shrine to find a chest containing one Large battery. Activate the sigil to collect your Light of blessing.
