Al Pacino is preparing to become a father for the fourth time at age 82.
It was revealed on Tuesday that the Godfather star is expecting a child with 29-year-old girlfriend Noor Alfallah, who is eight months pregnant.
The iconic Hollywood lead and film producer – who previously had an affair with Mick Jagger, 78 – are set to welcome their first child together, and the actor’s rep confirms the news to TMZ.
The Oscar winner already shares three children with two different women. He and actress Beverly D’Angelo, 71, share twins Anton James Pacino and Olivia Pacino, 22, whom they welcomed in 2001 after an IVF journey that began in 1997.
He also shares his eldest child, film producer daughter Julie Marie Pacino, 33, with ex Jan Tarrant, who is an acting coach.

D’Angelo, who played Ellen Griswold in the National Lampoon’s Vacation franchise, recently opened up about her relationship with Pacino — who will be 100 when his fourth child turns 18 — and how they got through the “complicated” breakup with loving co-parent Anton. vanquished and Olivia.
“My story with Al started 27 years ago when two artists met and fell in love,” she said on Instagram earlier this month.
D’Angelo said they “lived together for seven years, had two kids,” and eventually “separated.”
Despite their breakup, she wrote, “they carried on steadily [their] journey as fellow parents – and came to share [their] lives with a deeper kind of intimacy, honesty and acceptance than a ‘traditional’ relationship would have allowed.’
D’Angelo said she and Pacino bonded over their mutual passion for their craft.
D’Angelo opened up about her start with the House of Gucci actor in the clip, saying, “I lived with Al for seven years and we have two kids; in 1996 we were on the same plane from Los Angeles to New York.
“He sat across from me, he said come sit next to me and by the time the plane landed it was done.”
She said the following year, “He looked me in the eye and said, ‘I want you to be the mother of my children.'”

She continued, “Even though I had avoided that role all my life, I was deeply in love and was 100 percent into it.”
She said they completed a round of in vitro fertilization in 1997, and “with great effort and the wonders of modern science” they welcomed their twins in 2001.
