How to unlock Pandaemonium: Anabaseios (Savage) raid in FFXIV: Endwalker

FFXIV: Endwalker players who want to take on a challenge and get the best gear should check out the Wild fashion battles of the previously released Pandaemonium: Anabaseios raids. Us FF14 guide explains where to unlock the final level of Pandaemonium Savage raids and how gear dropping works.

Notably, this raid tier has slightly different drops than the previous tiers, in that buying body, leg, and accessories now costs less tokens than before.

Unlock Pandaemonium: Anabaseios (Savage)

Before trying to unlock this, you’ll (of course) need to make sure you’ve unlocked all four normal raid battles.

To unlock the Savage raids, all you have to do is talk Nemjiji in Labyrinthos. We’ve marked her location below.

Your item level must be at least 630 to begin the first of four battles.

Getting Equipment from Pandaemonium: Anabaseios (Savage)

Getting loot from Savage raids is a bit different from normal raids. Each heist drops generic treasure chests for different equipment. You need to open the case as the job you want the equipment for. (For example, if you want a caster job, you’ll need to use the briefcase while it’s set up as a caster job.)

Some raids also drop materials needed to increase Tomestone or Comedy gear. You also get one Anabaseios Mythos per clear, a token that you can exchange for equipment. However, there are party requirements to drop all the loot:

  • Two treasure chests will only appear if all eight party members have not finished combat earlier that week.
  • If one to four players in your party have already finished the battle that week, only one chest will appear. If more than four people in your party finished the battle earlier in that week, no chests will appear.
  • You must clear each battle to make two chests appear.
  • If you jump forward to do the battles out of order, the previous battles will be considered “cleared” and you will lose a treasure chest (or two, depending on the people in your party). You also don’t get Mythos for skipped battles for that week.

Weekly reset occurs on Tuesday at 4 p.m. EDT. The restrictions on the first level drops of Savage raids will probably be lifted in a minor patch before 7.0 based on the schedule of the last expansion.

As with the normal raids, specific battles drop specific gear, so you’ll want to work out with your party who gets what. We’ve detailed the loot below.
