Chanel Iman, 32, gets engaged to football player Davon Godchaux, 28, while in Capri

Chanel Iman is engaged.

The pregnant model has accepted a proposal from footballer boyfriend Davon Godchaux, 28.

He popped the question while they were vacationing on the island of Capri in Italy this week.

She was seen in a white lace dress as he got down on one knee with the diamond ring — an emerald-cut diamond set sideways — in his hand. They stood on a lawn near a wooden fence that overlooked the coastline of Capri.

The 32-year-old model announced the news by saying, “The blessings keep flowing. Grateful for this new chapter and married soon and forever to go.”

She was also spotted wearing her new ring with a floral print low-cut dress and gold sandals as they headed downtown in a tiny convertible. Her caption read, “One of the best gifts in life is a life full of adventures! My soulmate, protector, backbone and best friend, the best memories are yet to come ❤️Capri, Italy.’

He wrote on Instagram: ‘First of all I can’t even lie I was nervous ahh hell and I never thought I’d get down on one knee but LOVE will make you do amazing things in life!

“Chanel, I love you so much and I wouldn’t rather spend this moment with no one else by my side! From the moment we met I knew it was something about you and how much you value having a FAMILY that really mattered to me!

“We are in this together and always will be, I love you from the bottom of my heart! My love, My fiancée, My everything!!❤️❤️ What doesn’t kill us only makes us stronger!!’

It is not clear when the couple started dating. She became an Instagram official at Coachella in 2022, when the cover model posted a photo of her new beau kissing her on the cheek. The defensive tackle responded to the photo’s writing: “I love you ❤️.”

Earlier this month, Chanel shared that she is expecting her third baby, a girl.

Chanel and Davon announced in early May that they were expecting a little girl in a gender reveal video shared on Instagram.

Nothing is known about the due date of the little one yet.

Chanel has two daughters, Cali, four-and-a-half, and Cassie, three, from her marriage to New York Giants player Sterling Shepard, 30.

Chanel and Sterling married in 2018 but separated in 2021, citing irreconcilable differences.

Their divorce was finalized just days before she and Davon announced they were expecting.

The New England Patriot is the father of seven-year-old Davon II, from a previous relationship.

The couple took their blended family on a trip to Mexico for spring break in late April.

They looked happy in Capri this weekend as they sunbathed.

The Victoria’s Secret alum showed off her toned arms and legs in a blue bikini. The bathing suit had a bandeau top with spaghetti straps and a ruffle.

She paired it with matching blue bottoms to show off her firm derrière. Looking at her from behind, it was hard to believe she was expecting her third child.

She appeared to be makeup free and styled her hair in loose waves around her shoulders.

The popular runway star wore a gold necklace and a long chain that criss-crossed her body.

The Atlanta-born beauty covered up in loose-fitting palazzo pants as she walked through the luxury resort.

Davon was the first to demonstrate in athletic form in a blue and white striped shirt and black swimming trunks. He later exposed his muscular chest and took off his shirt to sunbathe on a chaise longue.

The couple was spotted together on a chair, laughing and sharing a kiss on the lips.

Chanel and Davon are on vacation on the romantic island of Capri.

The pair shared a video of a dinner they enjoyed at the Aurora restaurant, which bills itself as the oldest restaurant in Capri.
