Aaron Rodgers pays tribute to ‘legendary, epic human being’ Taylor Swift and ‘spectacular’ Phoebe Bridgers after enjoying star’s Eras Tour at ‘new home’ MetLife Stadium
Aaron Rodgers had arguably his best weekend yet in New York when he went to watch two nights of Taylor Swift’s Era’s Tour at Metlife Stadium.
The quarterback will play there later in the year after moving from the Green Bay Packers to the New York Jets in a trade that has captivated the NFL.
But over the weekend, Rodgers was a shameless Swifty when he went to the pop star’s concert.
Reflecting on the shows on his Instagram on Monday night, Rodgers said, “Incredible weekend at my new home #metlifestadium with some special friends Miles and @keleighteller, a bunch of new friends, and the legendary @taylorswift who absolutely rocked the house for 3 times.” turned upside down 1/2 hour a night!!!
She truly is a master entertainer and epic human being, and @phoebebridgers was spectacular too.

Thanks to the great security people, the lovely fans I met and all the hospitality of the Tour both nights. Hopefully we can make MetLife this loud this year.”
Rodgers tagged Kelleigh Teller – the wife of actor Miles Teller – in his Instagram post, as well as his former Packers teammate David Bakhtiari.
The Jets quarterback revealed he was a huge Taylor Swift fan in a video posted to the team’s official Twitter account, where players were asked their favorite song from the singer whose Eras Tour stops at MetLife Stadium this weekend.
‘Too many. Too many to count,” said the 39-year-old when asked the question.
Then he got a little more specific.
‘Everything off [her album] Folklore probably. “August,” “The 1.”
Rodgers also offered an older pick to complement his picks from Swift’s 2020 album, as he called “New Year’s Day” a “blast.”
