Lily Allen looks effortlessly stylish in a classic white tee and jeans as she greets fans after arriving at BBC Studios with daughter Ethel, 11
Lily Allen went to the BBC studios with her daughter Ethel Mary Cooper on Sunday.
The singer, 38, opted to keep her Sunday outfit casual as she wore a plain white T-shirt while donning a lapel collared jacket with frayed hem jeans.
The mother of one of them opted for a pair of black aviator sunglasses as she shielded herself from the sun as she headed indoors with 11-year-old Ethel.
Her blonde bob was tamed and looked neat as she carried a large, oversized handbag for the outing.
Lily, who recently opened up to Hunger magazine about past traumas in her life and how she’s “done with being front and center,” wearing a pair of comfy ballerinas as she smiled for the cameras.

She said, “People may think I’m backing off, but I’m done leading the way.”
“There was my son’s stillbirth, the stalking incident, the assault — I felt myself leaving my body when they happened, and I don’t think I ever managed to reconnect.”
The British star admitted that if she hadn’t given up drugs and alcohol, she doesn’t know if she would still be ‘alive’.
While the Smile singer said her daughters Ethel, 7, and Marnie, 6, would be “mad at her because of a bunch of shit that happened before,” she came out candidly, Lily also candidly discussed her shift from music to acting.
She said she feels like she “did everything I wanted to do” and “feels like she won” as a musician.
That said, I can’t make packed lunches and take kids to activities forever.
“I’ll do it for a few months and then I’ll have to sink my teeth into something — and I think it’s healthy for them to see me doing something else.”
She added, “I’m not saying I’m never going to make music again. But with acting, especially theatre, something truthful happens in the moment, and when I write music I think about how people will receive it.’

She also reflected on the fact that she wouldn’t have married her husband David Harbour, whom she married in 2020 in a surprise wedding in Las Vegas, if she hadn’t given up drugs and alcohol.
‘I don’t think I would marry my husband. I don’t think my kids would thrive the way they are now. I don’t think I would have gone looking for acting and how much I enjoy it. I certainly wouldn’t sleep that much,” she said Glamor magazine last month.
Meanwhile, LiIy said she kicked off a healthy regimen after sobriety and says she “goes to the gym four times a week.”
She added, “Virtually every aspect of my life has changed as a result of my sobriety.”
