After Bill, who runs his own development company WAF Construction with Steph, “worked seven days a week for a year” to restore the property, the parents and their three teenage children moved into their dream family.
It was the couple’s “last family home” they moved into from across the street and they are now downsizing now that most of the kids have fledged the nest.
The Hawthorn house has been put on the market with a target price of $10 million.
Listing agent Jock Langley of Abercromby Armadale told FEMAIL the home has attracted multiple bidders, both local and offshore, and expects the price list to be met.
“As you can imagine, with the construction costs combined with the excellent location, you will always have an interest in houses like this,” he said.
