The TV presenter shared a photo of her son’s hand as she explained that her eldest child suffered a painful fracture, but did not say how it happened.

The former couple also owned a coffee shop in Purley called Lord Roberts on The Green, but it changed hands to Ghazala Akhtar three months after the breakup.

Shortly after the split was confirmed, Laura revealed she had moved into new premises in Surrey close to their marital home, revealing she was in the middle of a major renovation.
Laura admitted that the house was “overwhelming” and strained her finances because she had not been able to live in the new house for the past nine months.
She told the Subway in January: ‘I don’t have much time. Short on money. But it is what it is, and it’s my home, and I’m trying to create something special for myself and my kids.
“I think one of the most touching moments for me was when my son came back into the house and he saw that I had painted the stairs and had a carpet laid.”
Laura continued, “He just looked at me and gave me a big hug. Because he had seen it [when there was] no stairs and [he] had to climb ladders.’
