Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello join star-studded audience of Taylor Swift concert
Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello continued their on-again, off-again relationship with a glamorous date night in New Jersey on Friday.
The pop star duo joined the star-studded crowd that night at the Taylor Swift concert, held at the sprawling MetLife Stadium five miles outside of New York City.
They originally went public as a couple in the summer of 2019 and stayed together during the COVID-19 lockdowns only to separate by the end of 2021.
However, in the middle of last month, rumors circulated that they were back together – and confirmation came when they were glimpsed kissing at Coachella.
Camila, 26, and Shawn, 24, seemed in high spirits throughout the concert and exuded bonhomie as they settled into their seats.

Taylor is currently hurtling through her Eras World Tour, which has attracted such daring spectators as Blake Lively and Bethenny Frankel.
A glittering array of celebrities made their way onto the New Jersey show, including supermodel and Carnival Row actress Cara Delevingne.
Longtime friends with Taylor, Cara was the picture of delight as she and a friend entered the stadium.
The show proved to be a prime spot for celebrities, including 1980s Molly Ringwald and Hamilton impresario Lin-Manuel Miranda.
Seated next to each other, the duo could be seen conversing as they waited for Taylor to take the stage on Friday night.
They have apparently known each other since 2015, the year Hamilton opened on Broadway, when Lin-Manuel tweeted that he had introduced Molly to his sister.
In late April, a source told DailyMail.com exclusively that Shawn and Camila had been secretly dating for weeks and “saw where it was going.”
The insider added: ‘Having played the field for two years now, they both now know how special what they had. Not to mention their sexual chemistry is off the hook. Camila turns Shawn on like no other woman. She always did.’

Shawn and Camila announced their first split in November 2021, but assured fans in an Instagram statement that they were still “best friends.”
An insider claimed so E! News that Shawn “initiated” the breakup talk, initially causing Camila to be “really upset about the split” until she “agreed” that they should break up.
Meanwhile one People source said the romance was ‘fizzing’ after the coronavirus lockdown as their busy work schedules resumed.
“They had an intense relationship last year and spent months together during the lockdown in Miami. They both seemed very happy and looked like they were enjoying a break from work,” the insider claimed.
However, the dynamic would have become “different” with the return of “normal life,” according to the source who spoke to the magazine.
“They have careers that take them in different directions. They went from spending every day together to not really spending time together now.”
In the meantime, Shawn was briefly linked to Sabrina Carpenter and Camila to Austin Kevitch, the founder of the Lox Club dating app that advertises itself as “for Jews (and non-Jews) with ridiculously high standards.”
However, during the Coachella music festival in April, Shawn and Camilla were spotted putting their lips together and publicly declaring that they’re back.
