Kelsea Ballerini calls beau Chase Stokes on stage to celebrate tour with Kenny Chesney with tequila

Kelsea Ballerini and beau Chase Stokes had one of those memorable life moments when the pair got to share the stage with country superstar Kenny Chesney.

The What I Have country pop singer’s opening time for Chesney on his Go Back Tour came to an end Thursday when she invited Stokes to celebrate their final shows together in Charleston, South Carolina.

‘It is the penultimate city of this tour. Come on home, John B,” she announced, tequila shot in hand, referencing Stokes’ character in the Netflix teen drama series Outer Banks.

The trio then raised their shots in the air, knocked them down quickly, and then Chesney began the beginning of his hit 2010 single You And Tequila.

And of course, the moment was captured on camera and posted to Chesney’s Instagram Stories.

For this particular show, Ballerini, 29, flaunted her fit figure in black Daisy Dukes, a cropped white T-shirt, studded knee-high cowboy boots and her long blonde locks pulled back in a ponytail.

As for her beau, Stokes, 30, kept it country casual in jeans and shirt over a white tee and black baseball cap flipped backwards.

And the show’s protagonist, Chesney, flaunted his ripped muscles and tan in a red tank top with faded jeans, black cowboy boots, and a black and white baseball cap on his head in the traditional fashion.

The Miss Me More star has been on the road with 55-year-old Chesney since March.

The country pop singer and songwriter’s first two studio albums – The First Time (2015) and Unapologetically (2017) – have had seven charting songs on the Hot Country Songs and the Country Airplay charts.

In total, she has five number one singles on the Country Airplay charts. starting with her debut single Love Me Like You Mean It, together with Dibs and Peter Pan, among others.

She recently released Subject To Change (2022), her fourth studio album, which includes the singles Heartfirst, which peaked at number 23 on the Billboard Country Airplay chart, as well as If You Go Down (I’m Goin’ Down Too).

The Mascot, Tennessee also shared a video clip of the memorable show, along with the caption, “the energy of this tour 100%” and “this entire concert was a delight.”

Chesney, who has recorded more than 20 studio albums and produced more than 40 top 10 singles on the USBillboard Hot Country Songs and Country Airplay charts, would once again take to Instagram to shout out the pair.

“Thanks also to @hichasestokes for bringing me and @kelseaballerini a shot before we sang ‘You and Tequila,'” he wrote on Friday, May 26, alongside a series of images from the show, including the main one where they all toast together to the stage.

Stokes (born James Alexander Chase Stokes), 30, is best known for playing the role of John Booker Routledge (John B) in Outer Banks

Ballerini and Chokes were first romantically linked in November 2022, less than a month after she finalized her divorce from ex-husband Morgan Evans.

The Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter would officially confirm they were an item on an episode of the Call Her Daddy podcast back in February.

Stokes, a native of Annapolis, Maryland, was previously linked to his Outer Banks co-star Madelyn Cline, but they eventually called it quits in November 2021 after more than a year of dating.
