Billie Eilish gave fans a very rare glimpse of a large dragon tattoo on her right hip on Thursday, posting a slinky selfie video showing her showing her midriff in a form-fitting crop top.

The Bad Guy singer, 21, also flaunted a silver belly button piercing.

Both the all-black tat and belly bling have been largely hidden from the public eye thanks to the pop star’s well-known preference for baggy sweatshirts and oversized T-shirts.

A single dazzling emoji as the caption echoed the print on her shirt: the iconic cherub, staring upwards with his chin in hand, as seen in Renaissance painter Raphael’s masterpiece Sistine Madonna.

As for her belly button piercing, a Billie posted a Snapchat in mid-2018 with a stud in her belly button, indicating that she’s been wearing the body jewelry since she was at least 16 years old.

In California, her home state, anyone under the age of 18 may get any piercing (except in the “nipples or genitals”) with a parent or legal guardian present.

Billie’s latest selfie video suggests she’s embracing a more confident attitude about her body image — she’s been open about her struggles with her looks for years.

In January this year, the singer candidly admitted that she “hated herself” during her teenage years, explaining that her “anger towards her body” caused her immense “pain”.

“Going through my teenage years of hating myself and all this stupid stuff,” she said during an interview with Fashion.

“A lot of it came from my anger towards my body, and how angry I was about how much pain it has caused me, and what I’ve lost because of things that have happened to it…

“I felt like my body was playing tricks on me for years. I had to go through a process of being, my body is actually me. And it’s not out to get me.’

Billie’s unusual skin-baring selfie comes just weeks after it was announced she had split with now-ex-boyfriend, The Neighborhood frontman Jesse Rutherford, 31.

The duo started dating around October 2022 and went Instagram official in November.

It is estimated that the pair had first met sometime around 2017, when Billie was just 15 years old, which made many of her fans uncomfortable with the now-former couple’s nearly 11-year age difference.
