Sam Frost is enjoying her new family of three after welcoming her first child two months ago.
The former Home and Away star, 34, showed off her post-pregnancy glow as she stepped out for lunch on Thursday with her fiancé Jordie Hansen and their son Ted.
The trio were on their way to celebrate Jordie’s 28th birthday on the Sunshine Coast.
Sam looked fabulous in a khaki midi dress with button detailing at the bust.
She paired her outfit with a white denim jacket for warmth and a pair of comfy white sneakers.

The blonde actress sported tortoise shell sunglasses and a black backpack, while her hair was styled with a natural beach wave.
Meanwhile, Jordie rocked their newborn baby wrapped in a white blanket.
The ex-reality star wore board shorts and a T-shirt and completed his look with a white cap and sunglasses.

On Thursday, Sam shared a heartfelt tribute to Jordie, writing a loving message to the Australian Survivor star, thanking him for being a loving father and partner.
“Happy birthday to our number one,” she captioned a photo of Jordie holding their newborn under an umbrella on the beach.
“Ted and I are so grateful for everything you do for us. Our funny, kind and gentle bestie. You are our whole world.’

Sam added, “Thank you for working extremely hard for our family as I know you would love to be in our home. It does not go unnoticed.
“We appreciate you and love you more than anything.”
Earlier this week, Sam shared an open and honest admission about motherhood.
The ex-bachelor star revealed on her blog Believe by Sam Frost that she found breastfeeding to be the most “difficult” part of motherhood.
In her Instagram story on Thursday, Sam wrote a loving message to Jordie, thanking him for being a loving father and partner
“I found it very difficult emotionally, mentally and physically…When Teddy was born, he committed perfectly,” she began.
“I remember looking at him and thinking how wonderful this experience is, how primal and special breastfeeding your newborn is.”
“After a few days my nipples were cracked, raw and bleeding. I was in so much pain. A friend had said she found breastfeeding more difficult than giving birth – I had an epidural so I totally agreed.’

She said she was advised to “get through it,” but it seemed to “get worse with each feeding.”
“With every feeding I cried… not just cute little tears, I sobbed. Little Ted was starting to get upset and frustrated, he was crying too,’ she said.
Sam explained that using a breast pump and bottle feeding has taken a lot of the pressure off her.
The actress and Jordie welcomed their son Ted on March 7 this year.

The couple’s famous friends were quick to congratulate them on their new addition.
‘This is Lucky Ted! What great news Sam. Massive congratulations to all of you… and in all the magical moments ahead. xx,” wrote Lisa Wilkinson.
