Sylvester Stallone’s family reality TV show is being renewed for a second season on Paramount+…just a week after the series debuted
The Paramount+ reality series The Family Stallone has been renewed for a second season.
News of the Sylvester Stallone show starring was revealed Thursday morning, and the renewal took place just a week after the program broke several streaming platform records.
The show, whose star wrote breakup texts for his daughters to send to their boyfriends in a recent episode, had the most successful launch for an original reality series in Paramount+ history.
The Family Stallone stars Sylvester, 76, and his wife Jennifer Flavin, as well as their daughters Sophia, Sixtine, and Scarlet.
The program revolves around the actor’s family life and his children’s entrepreneurial activities.

Sylvester and Jennifer, 54, first met in 1988 and tied the knot nine years later.
The Rocky star’s wife has since started her own skincare company, and her professional endeavors are an important part of The Family Stallone.
Sophia, 26, previously became known for featuring her father in several social media posts and is currently co-hosting a podcast with her younger sister.
Sixtine, 24, has embarked on a modeling career and is following in her father’s footsteps in the film industry.
Scarlet, 21, is currently balancing her college education with her role in Tulsa King, which stars the Rambo franchise.
Al Pacino, an old friend of the artist, and his former costar Dolph Lundgren, have both made cameo appearances on the program.
Sylvester recently spoke about working on The Family Stallone during an interview with Colliderwhere he said that he, as well as his loved ones, took a hands-on approach to ensure the show was well produced.
“I’m a huge editing enthusiast, and the family has to go into the editing room so everyone’s on the same page,” he said.

The actor also discussed the differences between working on movies and reality TV shows.
‘I think it’s much more labour-intensive than making a feature film. Much more because it’s unstructured… it’s quite fascinating, it’s a real skill,” he said.
Sylvester went on to talk about how he initially didn’t want to film one-person confession segments for the program and how he initially agreed to the idea of being allowed to take his parts outside.
‘So my experiment was a failure, outdoors didn’t work. But I know what you mean, it’s not easy, it’s not. That confessional is often the glue that holds the show together. It’s kind of like the narration,” he said.
