‘It’s really different from how I work and that has definitely had an impact on me and my process. I was always very “Quick, quick, quick, album a month, let’s go”.

“Now I’m like, ‘Oh, maybe it’s cool to take some time and live the music you’re making.’ My process is definitely evolving.

“I’ve always been very spontaneous, go into the room and see what happens, type of songwriter and I’ve never really cared about preparing or thinking about what I want to say.”

She said her process has now “completely changed,” adding that she’s considering being more specific with her lyrics, insisting she starts channeling her “inner b**ch” more.

“It’s been decided that he will help her write songs for her next album and maybe even some vocals if it works for the songs.

Matty is inspired after attending several shows on her US tour, but they won’t have much time to work together this summer as The 1975 also has their own shows.

“However, they are working things out and are eager to make it happen.

‘He would prefer to have a good collaboration with the whole band. That’s the only way Matty will ever appear on stage with her. He thinks he has to earn it.’

Matty has been in the audience for a number of Taylor’s concerts in America and they were in the studio together early on in their relationship.

However, the pair will need to schedule some songwriting sessions together as Taylor is touring through August and Matty is touring Europe with his band The 1975.

It comes after Taylor made a telling comment on her Saturday night Eras tour on stage in Boston.

The singer stunned the Foxborough crowd and gave her adoring fans a life update amid her rumored new romance with rocker Matty.

Speaking on stage, Taylor looked incredible in a glitzy green outfit as she said from the heart, “It’s insane. I just feel like telling you, I don’t know, that just… ‘I’ve never been happier in my life in all aspects of my life.’

“And I just want to thank you for being a part of that. It’s not just the tour, like, I don’t know, my life finally feels like it makes sense.

“So I thought I’d play this song, which brings me a lot of happy memories.”

The pair were caught “kissing” and holding hands on Thursday, May 11, during a romantic date in New York City.

The romance between Taylor and Matty first came to light earlier this month, with a separate source telling The Sun that ‘she and Matty are madly in love’.
