It comes after her husband and actor Joshua Jackson admitted that Jodie “enjoys” watching his sex scenes and is “like a voyeur” – earlier last month.

The 44-year-old actor – who shares some steamy moments with Lizzy Caplan in the Paramount+ series ‘Fatal Attraction’ – has revealed how his wife reacts when she sees him on screen in intimate scenes.

He told Variety: ‘Jodie doesn’t care about my sex scenes. The sex scenes themselves, Jodie actually enjoys them.

“It’s weird that she’s like a voyeur. So that works! If that’s your thing – excellent.’

Joshua also weighed in to make sure there was some authenticity to the scenes with Lizzy, 40, and continued: ‘The sex scenes are key because they advance the story. You have to believe that these people want to fuck each other.’

Joshua, who rose to fame playing Pacey in Dawson’s Creek in the 1990s, and British actress Jodie began their relationship in 2018 and got married in 2019. They share a daughter together.

Fatal Attraction is based on the iconic 1980s movie of the same name, starring Michael Douglas, Glenn Close, and Anne Archer, and focuses on a married man who has a brief fling with someone who becomes obsessed with him.

The new series is more current and shows the perspective of both characters.

For the show, Joshua and Lizzy had creator Alexandra Cunningham, director Silver Tree, and intimacy coordinator Nicole Randall to walk them through the racy scenes, though the actors were both “very much on the same wavelength.”

Meanwhile, Joshua – who explored infidelity in both Fatal Attraction and The Affair – recently suggested that extramarital affairs can be “forgiven.”

He told the Sunday Times Style magazine: ‘I think an affair can be forgiven.

“We’re all adults. No one wants to be cheated and there is a huge amount to fix.

“Business is not about the partner, but about the person who has committed an offence. It’s not just about the sex. There is a deeper offense.”

It comes after Lizzy told GMA that she was “way too young” when she saw Fatal Attraction in theaters in 1987. The film contained nudity and violence.

The eight-part series takes a closer look at Alex Forrest’s character, including her backstory, which Lizzy discussed with The Hollywood Reporter earlier this week on Monday.

“…I think it’s really promising how far we’ve come as a culture where the public now wants to know, ‘Well, hold on, let’s talk more about her, her possible mental illnesses, her upbringing,'” explained the actress out. .

And let’s maybe let him have some repercussions in his own personal life. It’s one of the few examples of something that made sense for me to go back.”
