Katie Price risks a fine as she travels with four children in the back of her five-seater car
Katie Price risked another fine on Tuesday when she appeared to be traveling with four children in the back of a five-seater car.
The former glamor model was in Brighton with her fiancé Carl Woods to celebrate her 45th birthday.
After a meal at Donatellos, she returned to her car with her daughter Princess, 15, who was accompanied by a male companion, her son Jett, 9, and youngest daughter Bunny, 8.
The four of them then got into the back of the car with Carl and Katie in the front seats.
The government website states: ‘Only 1 person is allowed to sit in each seat with a seatbelt.

“You can be fined up to £500 if you don’t wear a seatbelt when you’re supposed to.”
MailOnline has reached out to a representative for Katie for further comment.
On the outing, Katie looked casual in her cream tracksuit and chunky boots, while Carl wore tight jeans and a blue hoodie.
It comes just a few months after Katie was slammed by campaigners for driving her £60,000 Hummer in skinny sliders.
She was photographed by The sun in the footwear in April when she started driving again after a two-year driving ban.
In 2021, she was given a 16-week suspended sentence and ban after admitting to driving under the influence of alcohol while disqualified and without insurance following an accident near her home in Sussex.
She turned her car onto the B2135 near Partridge Green, near Horsham, at about 6.20am on 28 September while driving to see a friend.
She completed her court-assigned rehab after the car accident, after which she tested positive for alcohol and class A drug cocaine.

Not good: She was photographed by The Sun in April in the footwear as she returned to driving after a two-year suspension
After footage surfaced of her driving the car in sliders, a campaigner against drunk driving told The Sun: “Those are the kind of shoes you’d expect to wear at a swimming pool somewhere – not driving such a huge car with her driving record.
“It is an absolute disgrace and very dangerous. She endangers herself and other road users.
“I don’t see how you can safely drive a car like that with those shoes on.”
Former Met agent Peter Bleksley added to the publication, “This is shocking. It sets a terrible example.’
Katie’s representatives were contacted by MailOnline for comment at the time.
The highway code says nothing specific about driving without shoes, but Rule 97 says, “You must ensure that clothing and footwear do not prevent you from using the controls properly.”
December 2021 Katie issued a rude apology after avoiding jail for her drug and drink-induced car accident.
She said she was “incredibly sorry” and that she was working hard to deal with her mental health issues.
She said: “It’s been a very difficult time and I’m incredibly sorry for my actions – I’m genuinely thankful no one was hurt.”
The mother-of-five added: “I spend time getting better – mental health is a hidden disease and can strike at any time.”
Campaigners were furious after the mother-of-five walked out of court at the time despite crashing her Range Rover near her home in Sussex in September during her fifth driving ban.
She told police at the scene, “I did drugs. I shouldn’t be driving. I admit it all.”
But Katie escaped with a 16-week suspended sentence for drunk driving after going into rehab.

Katie crashed her BMW while double the drink-driving limit after leaving her house to allegedly hunt for drugs during a late-night alcohol and cocaine binge and was subsequently arrested before pleading guilty in court.
The model did not have a driver’s license at the time after being banned for two years in October 2019 – and has been banned from the road a total of six times.
The three charges were operating a motor vehicle in a public place without third-party insurance; driving while unable to drive due to drink; and driving while disqualified. Katie was taken to hospital but is not believed to have been seriously injured.
