A man has been charged with murder after his friend’s body was found wrapped in plastic in a metal box dumped in a creek.
Zachary Richard Fraser, 22, was arrested Monday at his home in Peakhurst, south Sydney.
His arrest came after police launched an investigation into the death of alleged drug dealer Darcy Schafer-Turner, 22, The Daily Telegraph reported.
Fraser was taken to St. George Police Station where he was charged with murder.

Detectives found Mr. Schafer-Turner’s body in a large metal closet dumped in Warrell Creek in Macksville, on the Mid North Coast, last Friday.
Police discovered the body after a search for the missing Mr. Schafer-Turner.
At the time, they had been investigating the alleged supply of drugs in the Caringbah area, in southern Sydney.
According to court documents, Fraser allegedly murdered Mr. Schafer-Turner between April 27 and 29.
Darcy Schafer-Turner’s body was found last Friday in a large metal closet that had been dumped in Warrell Creek in Macksville, on the Mid North Coast.
It is alleged that a Brisbane businessman acted as ‘The Cleaner’ and helped clean the crime scene and dispose of Mr. Schafer-Turner’s body.
Charles Dennis Le Marchant Turnbull, 33, was arrested in Brisbane on an outstanding warrant for complicity in murder.
Turnbull, who owns AAG Group and works in the transport industry, is said to have flown to Sydney where he purchased chlorine, overalls, duct tape, gloves and cleaning supplies from Bunnings.
Police claimed he then went to the Peakhurst grounds where Mr Schafer-Turner’s body lay.
Turnbull reportedly made another trip to Bunnings, in the deceased’s car, to purchase a large metal case, drill, cable ties and rolls of black plastic.

It was alleged in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Thursday that Turnbull and the other men then cleaned the crime scene and wrapped Mr Schafer-Turner’s body in plastic and placed it in the metal case which was then placed in the deceased’s ute.
Turnbull then reportedly purchased a trailer and aluminum boat in Port Macquarie from the Facebook marketplace, which he then drove north to Warrell Creek, south of Macksville, where he dumped the body.
The court heard that Turnbull was in debt related to drugs and had been told he could pay off some of that debt if he helped.
Turnbull was denied bail and will remain in Queensland until extradited to NSW to face charges of complicity in murder.
Fraser was denied bail and his next hearing will be held in Downing Center local court on Thursday, August 17.
