The crystal you need to open Kumamayn Shrine is close by, but it is attached to one Flux construction 3. Head northwest to the large, round island to find it.

After the Flux Construct is defeated, carry the air crystal south. At the corner you will see some ruins and an L-shaped Zonai construction with two large wells.
