Amber Heard went through life as usual in her new home in Madrid, while her ex-husband Johnny Depp took the world stage in Cannes on Thursday.
The actress, 37, was spotted in the Spanish capital, where she now lives with her daughter Oonagh Paige, two, chatting with friends and looking happy and relaxed.
Her outing comes after her ex Johnny, 59, was photographed at the 76th annual Cannes Film Festival to mark the debut of his new film Jeanne du Barry.
Johnny, who plays the role of King Louis XV in the biographical drama, made his appearance at the premiere of the film at the French Film Festival.
He was seen with the director of the film Maïwenn in his entrance, pictured taking selfies with fans and signing autographs.

Amber was spotted shortly after DailyMail.com reported earlier this month that she has retired from the hustle and bustle of Hollywood — in the wake of her ex-husband’s largely successful trial in Virginia last year.
Now she and her daughter have set up camp in a house just outside Madrid. But it’s unclear if or when she’s trying to wake her back to Hollywood and reboot her acting career.
Amber announced that she had welcomed Oonagh into her life through surrogacy via a post shared on her Instagram account in July 2021.
The actress penned a long message in the caption of her post revealing that her daughter, whose father has not been publicly revealed, had arrived in April.
