Queen Latifah, Tyrese, Vin Diesel and LL Cool J attend Ludacris’ star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame
Ludacris got his star on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame on Wednesday, and a few of his famous friends and Fast and Furious castmates helped him celebrate the achievement.
Queen Latifah, Tyrese, Vin Diesel and LL Cool J attended the One Minute Man rapper’s star unveiling.
Born Christopher Bridges, 45-year-old Ludacris looked festive in a long tan coat and matching trousers emblazoned with roses.
Meanwhile, Diesel, 55, sported an all-white look and LL, 55 wore black jeans with a white t-shirt, black jacket and black beanie.
Latifah wore white jeans and a white top with a long black coat with a colorful pattern on the hemline.

Tyrese, 44, wore a black double-breasted suit with gold eagles on the lapels. He paired the look with white Adidas sneakers.
At the ceremony, the Move Bitch rapper thanked his family, fans and “the people who showed up for me.”
“No matter what people say I can’t do, I will continue to break those stereotypes and show people that it’s possible to make everyone proud who brought me here.” he said.
Because you all inspire my hard work and dedication to receive this star today. I am motivated by legacy and history.”
He continued, “This means I’ve made my mark…my own personal history is being documented. To be among these names is just great for me.
“I went from being a young man with a dream to having my name cemented in one of the most visited places on earth.
“People walk this block and their eyes are glued to the ground.
“If kids and parents or anyone walking down the street sees my name and the sidewalk and it ignites even the tiniest spark of creativity, drive and ambition in one of these people, it will continue to mean the world to me and me. know it’s all worth it,” he said.

Ludacris was “blown away” by the support of his friends and Fast and Furious castmates.
He told ET: ‘I can hardly put it into words. LL was the person who made me want to rap. Vin changed my life forever through the gift that keeps on giving, this franchise.
“It meant everything to have them appear before me today,” he said. “I literally just said it [that] I’m pitting my cast against every other cast in movie history. We are the tightest family off camera and on camera. Compared to anyone else, 100 percent.’

And look at you, you’re a multi-hyphenate, an icon, a rap superstar, a list actor, a business mogul. Your tireless work to raise the next generation through the Ludacris Foundation and Karma’s World is absolutely amazing,” he said.
‘Do something for your family, with your children, for the children in the community. That’s it,” he sobbed.

Meanwhile, when it was Diesel’s turn to speak of his friend and “brother,” he couldn’t contain the emotion and said, “We’ve never seen anyone dominate the music world and then come to dominate cinema while being entrepreneurial in the way he is.
“I come from a place where the way you show up for someone is, ‘I’d die for you.’ What Chris brought in is another variation on that, which is, “I’ll live for you.” So I will always live for you, my brother, and I love you from the bottom of my heart.’
And Ludacris also got a surprise at the event – his daughter Karma showed up after initially telling him she wouldn’t be able to attend.
“Words cannot describe how much it means to me to be here for you today. If “practice what you preach” were a person, it would be you,” she said.

Speaking to ET about his daughter’s appearance, he said, “I was fighting back tears. Seriously, I was glad I had my sunglasses on today.
“That blew me away. Usually it’s not easy for people to keep certain things from me, but that was 100 percent a surprise. It seems like everyone knew but me! I’m a little angry right now. I’m a little angry.’
