Jamie Foxx’s daughter Corinne and family members seen outside physical rehab center
Corinne, the daughter of Jamie Foxx, and other family members were recently spotted in a Chicago physical rehab center — as the actor recovers from a mysterious health scare last month.
Oscar winner Foxx, 55, born Eric Bishop, was filming the action comedy Back In Action with Cameron Diaz in Atlanta, Georgia, in April when he was hospitalized, though little is known about the complexities of the situation.
Foxx – who has reportedly been out of the hospital for weeks – is now in a facility touted as the best physical medicine and rehabilitation center in the country according to TMZ on Monday.
Corinne, 29, was seen hugging her partner Joseph Hooten as she left the rehab center with friends and family.
Foxx’s youngest daughter Annalize, 13, was also seen at the center with her mother Kristin Grannis.

It still remains unclear what happened to Foxx — born Eric Marlon Bishop — but the site reports that the facility specializes in “stroke recovery, traumatic brain injury rehabilitation, spinal cord injury rehabilitation, and cancer rehabilitation.”
An insider told the site that the talented multihyphenate arrived at the facility in late April and is “recovering well” after first receiving treatment at an Atlanta hospital.
Annalize was seen taking her guitar to visit her father to no doubt cheer him up with the power of music
Annalize’s mom and Jamie’s ex Kristin left the facility with flowers and a balloon for Mother’s Day.
It was revealed days ago that the A-lister has been out of hospital for weeks and is recovering at home, his eldest daughter revealed.
Corinne took to Instagram on Friday denying reports that her father was still in the hospital — even claiming the actor was active and playing pickleball.
A Foxx spokesperson also confirmed to DailyMail.com that the actor is out of hospital.
It’s still unclear what the actor was hospitalized for, while his family is reluctant to release specific information.

The shock update comes amid conflicting reports about his condition following his recent hospitalization.
Foxx lives in a lavish $10.5 million mansion in Hidden Valley, California.
Born Eric Bishop, the movie star was filming the action comedy Back In Action with Cameron Diaz in Atlanta, Georgia, in April when he was admitted to the hospital, though little is known about the complexities of the situation.
He is currently thought to be being treated at a state medical facility undergoing testing, but his daughter claims he has now been released.
His daughter appeared to be aiming for a report from gossip site Radar that claimed his family was “preparing for the worst.”
That report mentioned his daughter Corinne and that she had not given any details about his current state of health.

Sources claimed on the site that Foxx suffers from high blood pressure and that he was “lucky to be alive.”
Last week, sources told Page Six that “nothing had changed” and that the actor was “still in the same condition” after his health problems. MailOnline has reached out to representatives for Jamie for comment.
In an Instagram post on Wednesday, his family posted on his profile, “Appreciate all the love!!! Feeling blessed” followed by praying hands, heart and fox emojis.”
It is unclear whether Foxx himself made the post. At the time, no further details about his condition had been shared, leading to speculation about how serious his illness is.
The Oscar winner’s account also gave a shout-out on Instagram to friend Nick Cannon, who has done hosting duties for him on the popular game show Beat Shazam.
Celebrities including AJ McLean, Ludacris and DJ Khaled had sent messages of support in response to Foxx’s Instagram post.
Sources close to the comedian recently told TMZ that he “needs all the prayers and well wishes his fans can muster.”
“He’s fine, thank God,” the source said. “He’s still in the hospital and the doctors are running tests, but he’s awake and alert. They’re watching him.’

Fans were initially warned about the health scare when his daughter Corinne shared a dire statement on social media on April 12.
The 29-year-old actress wrote: “We wanted to share that my dad, Jamie Foxx, had a medical complication yesterday.
“Fortunately, with quick action and good care, he is already on the road to recovery,” she continued.
“We know how loved he is and appreciate your prayers. The family requests privacy during this time,” the statement concluded.
Since then, the family has shared limited details and it’s unclear what symptoms the comedian suffered.
