Sharon Osbourne Has Never Looked Better

Sharon Osborne has had a lustrous career and an equally exciting lifestyle filled with transformation and lots of cameras. Born in Brixton, London, on October 9, 1952, Osborne has been in the limelight for the majority of her adult life. Throughout that time, we have seen the many changes she has made in her style, hair and even face. She was a true advocate of plastic surgery and was completely open about her successes and failures with the procedures she’s undergone. Now, at 70 years of age — Sharon is looking better than ever! Here is a peek into the looks she has experimented with in her life.

Weight-loss injections

Sharon Osborne has never been shy to speak out about the things she loves and dislikes. Her love for bingo has been well-documented over the years, but this isn’t the topic she has been speaking about lately. Osborne has recently spoken about the dangers of using controversial jabs to lose weight. She has always been a fan of plastic surgery but has stated that while she lost over two stone in four months — there were drawbacks that were not worth it. The jabs left her feeling nauseous and proved not to be the quick fix she desired.

After making these comments, the star has been seen in a patriotic outfit — looking better at 70 years of age than she ever has. The talk TV host was spotted donning a chic cornflower blue trouser-shirt at the coronation. Her stylish blue two-piece was paired with a large red scarf and white boots, and she seemed to be in good spirits. 

Osborne shared her first-hand experience of taking the controversial weight loss injections after it was announced that the UK launch had been put on hold. She said that losing weight is not only a physical but a mental problem and that these traits are developed when children grow up in households with bad dietary habits — carrying them into their adult life.

There are more celebrities that have been linked with these weight loss jabs. Other stars to opt for them include Elon Musk and Kim Kardashian.

Plastic surgery experiences

Osborne has never been scared of going under the knife but she recently disavowed cosmetic surgery after a facelift in 2021 left her “looking like a cyclops.” The TV personality has never been shy of speaking about her experiences with elective procedures, but she found her most recent experience to be quite frightening. She really pushed it with her last cosmetic surgery and it resulted in a loss of feeling in the targeted area. 

“Time is against me, I cannot have another facelift,” Osborne said. She went on to state that the entire procedure was “horrendous,” saying, “One eye was different from the other. I looked like a cyclops.” Unlike previous surgeries, this experience proved to be quite painful. She spent nearly six hours under the knife. 

Black Sabbath singer-songwriter and husband to Sharon, Ozzy Osbourne apparently claimed that the results of her surgery were not the best. He even said that he would pay to have the procedure fixed! 

As we have previously mentioned, Sharon has never been shy about the cosmetic surgery she has had over the years and has spoken very openly about getting a facelift in 2019. The TV celebrity discussed her experience on The Kelly Clarkson Show. Osborne told the host that she couldn’t feel her mouth for a few weeks as the surgery lifted her mouth up. Her lips were numb and hard to feel due, resulting in an accidental Elvis-like snarl — enough to cause her husband and children to ask why she was snarling at them.

It was 13 years earlier that Sharon first freely admitted to getting extensive cosmetic surgery. In a 2006 appearance on The Dr. Phil Show, Sharon revealed everything that had been surgically done to her body in a bid to improve her appearance. She stated that she has had a full abdominoplasty, mastopexy, rhytidectomy and many more procedures besides! All of this was also mentioned in her autobiography.

Stylistic Transformation

Sharon Osborne was the daughter of music manager Don Arden, the man responsible for Black Sabbath until management was eventually handed over to Sharon. She married Ozzy in 1982. The couple has three children together.

Photos of the couple from 1987 show a version of Sharon that is unrecognizable from the red-haired fierce woman that everyone fell in love with on X Factor. In her younger years, Sharon typically sported thick brown hair, double denim and long skirts.

It was in the early 2000s that Sharon really started experimenting with her style, marking a huge departure from the looks she favored in the 1980s and 90s. Here is where her preference for red-colored hair began, although the colors are significantly darker than the bright shades that we see today. Her hairstyle choices have varied through the years. We’ve seen the spiky phase in 2003 and around the launch of X Factor in 2004. Osborne was a judge on the show for four seasons before taking a well-earned break in 2008. 

Due to a careful skin and face regimen, she has always looked much younger than she actually is. Today she looks the best she ever has!
