Lorraine Kelly gets redfaced after accidentally making a VERY rude comment while discussing Taylor Swift’s romance with Matty Healy
Lorraine Kelly was redfaced on Wednesday’s episode of This Morning after making an unintentionally “rude” comment.
The 63-year-old talk show host spoke to entertainment correspondent Ross King about Taylor Swift’s burgeoning 1975 romance with frontman Matty Healy.
The pair tried to come up with a nickname for the new celebrity couple, with Ross suggesting ‘Ma Tay Tay’.
Lorraine agreed, saying, “Oh yes, Ma Tay Tay!” before giggling and adding, “Oh, that sounds rude!”
She later added, “It sounds like my t***y when I say that – we don’t want that!”

Awkward: The 63-year-old talk show host spoke to entertainment correspondent Ross King about Taylor Swift’s burgeoning 1975 romance with frontman Matty Healy
Ross jokingly replied, “I don’t know, there are a lot of people who might want that!”
It comes after Matty was recently spotted leaving Taylor’s New York City apartment with an overnight bag and a hat bearing the name of her 2019 album Lover.
Matty appeared to have exited Taylor’s building through a back door before heading to another downtown building.
Meanwhile, Matty’s mum and fellow ITV star Denise Welch reflected on the ‘terrifying’ post-natal depression she experienced after giving birth to Matty when she appeared on the GMB on Wednesday.
The Loose Women star, 64, previously revealed that Matty actually wrote the song She Lays Down about her crippling depression.
And now she’s opened up about her health issues and said she didn’t know he was actually writing the song.
Denise described looking “blossoming” during pregnancy, having panic attacks after giving birth, being unable to breastfeed and trying to climb out of her flat window.
She said of the song, “I didn’t know he was writing it. When he was young, he didn’t know what was going on. I had a wonderful pregnancy.

“The doctors couldn’t tell at the time that anything was wrong. I was a typical blossoming mom, loving every minute of it. Five days later I had a panic attack and the lactation stopped.
“I went from full breasts to nothing. At the time I was told that only happens when a spouse or baby dies. That day my mother found me trying to crawl out the window.’
She added, “It was honestly the most terrifying thing. People don’t want to die, they want to stop the pain.
“If I hadn’t had my family, I don’t know where I would have been. Matty grew up with mom having moments of illness and when he was older he wrote She Lays Down.
“I still get emotional when I think about it. I lay down on the floor and prayed for something to help me love my child. Depression takes away your ability to love.”

She also gave a message to people struggling with depression or anxiety: “I would say, it’s all very good to say ‘it’s good to talk.’ But this is for people living with people with depression.
‘When you’re depressed you often can’t talk, that’s a sign to watch out for. People who are usually talkative and sociable are suddenly quiet.
“When I had it, there was nowhere to talk, I was like a lone wolf. But now you can go online and seek help. Reach out and you’ll get better.
“I’ve never understood the stigma just because you can’t see it. Other illnesses get sympathy.”
