Jennifer Lopez bares ‘guilt’ over her twins ‘being judged’ by strangers because of HER fame
Jennifer Lopez has bared her “guilt” over the negative impact her fame has had on her 15-year-old twins Max and Emme.
The 53-year-old pop diva, who is currently married to her fourth husband Ben Affleck, shares her children with her third ex-husband Marc Anthony.
She commented that “being the child of famous parents really isn’t something many people can understand, and I feel for them for not choosing to.”
Speak against darerevealed the Selena star, “I haven’t talked to them much about this, but we’re just getting started — they’re just starting to let me know how people treat them and things like that.”
J-Lo, who introduced Emme to the stage last year using gender-neutral pronouns, also spoke of the difficulty of seeing her children “judged” by strangers.

The Gigli star gave an interview to promote her new Netflix film The Mother, an action thriller in which she plays a hitman.
When her personal life came up, Jennifer acknowledged that her celebrity is at the forefront of people’s thoughts, even when they meet her teenage children.
“So when they walk into the room THAT’s what people think about, they don’t see them for who they are,” she said.
“And I think that must be really hard for them, so I would have loved to have been able to protect them from that.”
The Jenny From The Block hitmaker explained that for Max and Emme, “being judged by people you don’t even know in a way, I think is really hard for them to grow up and be themselves.”
She added, “It’s like they know there’s a lens on it, and it’s hard. Probably not a very recognizable thing to say because a lot of people don’t understand it. They say, “Okay, so you’re famous and your kids are blah, blah, blah,” right?’
Jennifer reflected touchingly, “But it’s, it’s hard for them, I think. I did that to them. And so that, you know, again, we have this guilt as mothers, it’s like what we’re doing and what we’ve brought into their lives.”
Earlier in the interview, she argued, “I’m not a traditional mom. I’m not, you know, a stay-at-home mom. I am a single mother. I’m a working mom.’

A hit: The movie skyrocketed to number one on the streaming website after its release on Friday
The Dinero singer added, “I’m more than a celebrity mom in a way, which is also weird for kids. So I have a whole bunch of things that aren’t normal, that people think aren’t normal.’
After being released on May 12, two days before Mother’s Day, Jennifer’s new movie skyrocketed to the position of number one movie on Netflix.
She herself called on Mother’s Day with a mixed family party where she and her husband Ben took both their mothers out in Los Angeles.
The pair were joined by both Jennifer’s twins and 14-year-old Seraphina, one of three children Ben shares with his ex-wife Jennifer Garner.
Seraphina’s siblings Violet, 17, and Samuel, 11, were not present, presumably because they were celebrating the holiday with their mother.
