A woman hit back at trolls who claimed she wore tight “booty shorts” and sports bras to the gym to get attention.
Deanna O’Donnell, of Lutherville, Maryland, took over her TikTok @deannaodfit to share a workout video.
She pulled on a pair of light blue shorts and a white sports bra as she lined up at the squat rack.
In the clip, which has been viewed 363,000 times, the caption read: “Girls who dress like that at the gym just want male attention.”

However, she clapped back with the real reason for dressing like this.
She captioned the clip: ‘Or to look good for ourselves?’
Many rushed to the comments with mixed opinions, as some agreed with Deanna.
One person said, “It’s literally just looking at ourselves.”
Someone else agreed, saying, “Honestly, I prefer compliments from other women MUCH MORE than men, especially when I’m at the gym.”

However, others were unconvinced by her claim that she has no interest in getting men’s attention.
“It doesn’t mean you don’t want attention just because you don’t give back,” one argued.
