Nick, Joe and Kevin grew up in the limelight from a young age, and in addition to releasing their debut studio album, It’s About Time, in 2006, the brothers also starred in the Disney sitcom called Jonas.

Regarding growing up with their fan base, Kevin gushed to Flaunt Magazine that, “It was great,” with Nick explaining that the older someone gets, “you’re unapologetically yourself and kind of unafraid to live your life.” ‘

“I think we’re on the same track as our fans with our life experiences, and so we’re looking forward to seeing people come with their families and be kind of a reflection of what’s going on in all of our lives,” he explained , adding, “we couldn’t be more proud of this chapter we’re in.”

Kevin also discussed that as their own personal lives change, so does their music. ‘And now, [even though] our album and our music have shifted as we talk about things that are relevant to ourselves, especially in this new project.’

He went on to say, “Brothers, fathers, husbands are… things that are relevant to where we are today.”

The Jonas Brothers also reflected on the influence of social media when it comes to the entertainment industry, especially with TikTok.

After thinking about entering the industry when Myspace was popular, Nick said, “Every artist’s goal these days is to popularize this song on TikTok. It is more important to the success of a project than many other points of sale that we used to attach great importance to.’

As their lives change from taking on other projects or focusing on family, Kevin discussed how the trio are still “evolving” as brothers and also as bandmates.

“We’re meeting at the same place right now for this album. I am truly blessed to see these boys grow as fathers and how incredibly amazing they are.”

Nick and his wife, Priyanka, share a baby girl, Malti, while Joe and his wife, Sophie Turner, share daughters Willa, two, and a 10-month-old, whose name has yet to be revealed. Kevin and wife, Danielle, share daughters Alena, nine, and Valentina, six.

In a career that moves very quickly and entered the world of Hollywood when they were just teenagers, Joe said the focus on family “kept us grounded” and “just being there for each other.” We had each other’s backs.’

Over the years, the brothers have left the group to focus on solo careers, with Nick having hits like Jealous (2014), Kevin’s own reality series called, Married To Jonas, and Joe making music with the band, DNCE.

When asked if the trio was competitive in nature, Nick admitted, “We’re siblings, we’re competitive, right? That’s in our DNA.’ But added that they always had healthy competition.

“We’d be lying if we said we’re not competitive, but I don’t think it’s the toxic version of that when it comes to our careers,” saying they were a “family-first operation” who “believe” to to support each other.

Towards the end of the interview, the future of the band became a topic and the band members were asked if there was some kind of ‘blueprint’ for what lies ahead. “I don’t think anyone has an exact plan, right?” Kevin replied.

He emphasized how they still pursue their own solo projects: “But the nice thing is that we give each other that catwalk, that space. I think that’s a certain maturity, almost 20 years of doing this together.”
