MasterChef Australia star Poh Ling Yeow shares update on how her other dog is doing after the tragic loss of her beloved dog Rhino
Poh Ling Yeow has notified her fans after the loss of her pet dog, Rhino.
The MasterChef Australia star posted to Instagram on Thursday to share how her other dog, Tim, was coping.
The 49-year-old chef wrote extensively: ‘Tim is actually doing fine. To be honest, they made strange companions.
“I thought Rhino was lonely and would have fun with a friend, but they never quite worked it out because Rhino was determined from day one to pretend Tim didn’t exist.
“They slept together, but didn’t have much contact. Rhino was soulful but demanding and Tim eternally easy-going, so in many ways he’s always been second priority, but right now he’s having his time in the sun!’

She continued, “He now enjoys full speed walks off leash because he’s such a good boy – we’ve had to slow down for Rhino since he went blind.”
“I miss Rhino so much, but I see the bright side of his absence that finally allows Tim to shine.”
At the end of last month, Poh shared her heartbreak after the death of her beloved pet.
“My little rhino is gone,” the cook revealed in the caption alongside a shooting star emoji.

Poh regularly shared pictures of Rhino on her social media along with her other dog named Tim.
In addition to running the Jamface cafe in Adelaide, Poh is known as a fan favorite on MasterChef.
She was the runner-up on the cooking competition’s first season in 2009 and returned in 2020 on the Back to Win edition, placing 6th.
