What to do with your PS5 when you’re not playing it this (or any) month
There is a season for everything – of the many ideas in the Bible, this is one of the truest. This month, for some reason I can’t fathom, I have a feeling it may no longer be the PlayStation 5 season.
At least, for a while.
If you agree, you may be wondering: What should I do with my PS5 in this dark time of its life? Do not worry! You have so many options to put the most visually distinctive console on the market to good use while you’re at it, perhaps playing video games on another device.
Here are some ideas:
- Bookend
- Diffuser/incense holder
- Raise for party dishes
- Cat warmer
- Art object
- Dressed up doll
- Expensive night light
- Cheese board (PS5 digital only)
- Conversation starter (Example: “What do you think lives in it?”)
- Very bad furnace
- Picnic blanket weight
- Murder weapon in a live read of an 80s or 90s thriller
- Still life subject
- Strange bottle opener
- Gender reveal prop
- Gender hide prop
- Small sled
- Big football
- Useless bridge
- Sushi dish
- Bulletproof vests
- Recreational drug surface
- Push up weight
- TikTok inspiration
- Canvas (acrylic)
- Cloth (graffiti)
- Friend
Hopefully that’s enough to get you thinking about the many possibilities that await you and your PS5 in this new phase of your life together. Make sure you never part with it without first letting it know how much you cherished this season of friendship as you move on to the next.
